Terms of Service
1. Operator, contact and legal notice
TradeDir (tradedir.co) is operated by Roberto Vázquez, 28814 Daganzo de Arriba, Spain, tax ID 39884872C. Contact: support@tradedir.co.
These terms and the use of TradeDir are governed by the laws of Spain. TradeDir is a paid advertising directory; listings are advertisements and do not constitute investment advice or endorsements.
2. What the service is
TradeDir is a paid advertising directory. It does not publish editorial reviews or endorsements. A payment buys placement at the rank the paid amount supports at that moment. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, a fixed position or a fixed duration.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, and if you act for a company you must have authority to bind it. You may not use the service if you or the listed business are subject to sanctions or located in a sanctioned territory.
4. Payments, payment processor and taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, acting on our behalf. TradeDir is the seller of the listing. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing country. The rank amount is the pre-tax price; taxes and processing fees do not affect rank. Amounts are in whole US dollars.
5. No refunds
Placement is a digital service that starts immediately once payment is confirmed. By paying, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the service has started, where the law allows this. Payments are otherwise non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Company details
The listed website must display valid, current company details: legal name, a contact method and, where required, an address.
7. Advertiser warranties
You confirm that you have the right to list the URL, that the listed business complies with applicable law (including financial licensing), that it is not a scam, phishing or impersonation, and that information on the listed site is accurate.
8. Prohibited listings
Chat or invite links, adult content, guaranteed-profit claims, impersonation, unlicensed regulated services, malware, and anything else prohibited by the Rules.
9. Our right to refuse or remove
We may refuse, edit, recategorize, hide or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, without refund where a listing breaks these terms or the Rules.
10. Third-party names, logos and metadata
We display names, logos, icons and descriptions taken from listed websites solely to identify the listed product. This is not a claim of affiliation.
11. Licence to TradeDir
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and store listing data for operating and promoting the directory.
12. Complaints and takedown notices
Send complaints, rights claims or takedown notices to support@tradedir.co with the URL concerned and the reason. We review notices promptly.
13. No endorsement, no earnings claims
A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Nothing on TradeDir is investment advice. Trading carries risk; past results do not guarantee future results.
14. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TradeDir available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change the service or these terms; material changes are announced on this page.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for third-party websites.
17. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your listing or your breach of these terms.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
19. General
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These terms are the entire agreement on this subject.
