1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• A random visitor ID stored in a cookie, used to limit duplicate clicks.
• Checkout and listing data: the URL, categories, and the name, email and billing country required by our payment processor (Stripe).
• Payment identifiers received from our payment processor (we never receive card numbers).
• Click records containing a hashed (non-reversible) IP address and the visitor ID.
• Technical data such as browser type and request logs.
• Messages you send us.

3. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary visitor cookie. Analytics are cookieless. Your theme choice is stored locally in your browser.

4. Legal bases

Contract (processing listings and payments), legitimate interests (security, fraud and duplicate prevention, aggregate analytics), consent (where required), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

5. Public listings

Listing data (URL, name, description, icon, categories, amounts and click counts) is public by design. Payer names and emails are never shown publicly.

6. Processors

Payment processor (Stripe), analytics provider, hosting and database providers. They process data on our instructions or as independent controllers where the law provides.

7. Retention

Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Click records are kept in aggregated form; raw hashed records are deleted after a limited period.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. Contact support@tradedir.co.

9. Children

TradeDir is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
