1. Paid advertising, not advice.
TradeDir is a paid advertising directory. Companies, products and services appear on TradeDir because their advertisers have paid. Listing positions reflect cumulative paid bids, not independent assessments of quality, safety, regulatory status or investment performance. A higher position does not mean a better, safer or more suitable provider.
2. No financial advice.
Nothing on TradeDir, including listings, descriptions, categories, rankings, links or any content published by advertisers on their own websites, is investment, financial, legal, tax or any other professional advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument or to use any service. TradeDir does not know your personal situation, objectives or risk tolerance. Seek independent advice from a suitably qualified and licensed professional before making any financial decision.
3. Trading and investing carry a high risk of loss.
Trading in forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, futures, options, leveraged products and other instruments involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in some products you can lose more than you deposited. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Many retail traders lose money.

Listing on TradeDir does not guarantee, imply or suggest any profit, return, income, funding, payout or outcome from any listed product, service, robot, signal, indicator, strategy, course, mentor, prop firm or funded program.
5. Third-party providers.
All listed websites, products and services belong to independent third parties. They are sold, operated and controlled by their own vendors, who alone are responsible for their content, claims, prices, performance, availability, licences and compliance with applicable law. TradeDir does not own, operate, verify, audit, certify, endorse or guarantee any listed provider or their claims, and does not take part in any agreement between you and a provider. Any dispute is solely between you and that provider.
6. No verification of licences or regulation.
TradeDir does not check whether advertisers are licensed or authorised in your country. Some providers may not be authorised to offer services in your jurisdiction, and some products may be restricted or prohibited where you live. You are responsible for checking the legal status of any provider, product or service with the relevant financial regulator before you use it.
7. Trading robots, automated systems and funded programs.
Expert advisors, bots, signals, copy-trading services, prop firm challenges and funded accounts carry additional risks, including technical failures, execution differences, changing market conditions, rule changes, fees that are not refundable and the possibility that evaluation, funding or payouts are never obtained. Read the provider's terms, rules and risk disclosures before paying or trading.
8. Use at your own risk.
You use TradeDir and any link to a third-party site entirely at your own risk and on your own responsibility. Before any purchase, deposit or sign-up, do your own research and read the provider's terms and risk disclosures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeDir, its owner, operators, affiliates and service providers are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including loss of capital, profits, data or opportunity, arising from your use of TradeDir, your reliance on any listing, information, ranking, recommendation or advice shown on it or made by an advertiser, or your dealings with any listed provider. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights you may have as a consumer.
10. Advertiser statements.
Statements, claims and performance figures on listed websites are made solely by the advertisers. Advertisers must comply with the applicable advertising and financial promotion rules. If you believe a listing is misleading or unlawful, tell us through the Contact page and we may review it.
11. Changes.
Information on TradeDir may be incomplete, outdated or change without notice. We make no warranty about its accuracy or availability.
